You can cancel your adventure. Full refunds cannot be guaranteed, and fees may apply as per the Terms & Conditions.

• If you cancel your trip before 30 day of the departure date: Cancelation fees of 5% of the total trip cost will be deducted and refund the rest either as credits for future trips or by cash.

• If you cancel your trip before 15 days of the departure date: 50% of of the total trip cost will be deducted and refunded the rest as credits for future trips.

• If you cancel your trip in less than 15 days of the departure date: No refund

• Death of one of one of your first grade family members: 5% of of the total trip cost will be deducted and refund the rest as credits for future trips.

• Cancellation In case of illness or accidents: 5% cancellation fees, however We will refund you less the expenses.

• Cancellation from our side for any reason: full refund to your bank account or by cash.

• Cancellations must be done by writing to us officially by email , or whatsapp.

* This is because of pre-booking services of your trip such as (accommodation, special activities fees, rental equipment ..etc.) that we cant control in getting your money back to you.

* Same rules will be applied on the deposited money (for seat reservation). deposit money is always 25% out of the total fees of any trip.

* In case of bad weather or war or any kind of treating situation we will reschedule your trip or we will give you an alternative option for your trip ( no refund unless the Company Owners & management take another decision ).

NOTE:

* Onec you book officially your trip, within 24 hours we will contact you and send you extra information of the country & the trip.

* OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES MEANS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TRIP COST.

* CHOSEN HOTELS DEPENDS ON ROOMS AVAILABILITY, AND ALTERNATIVE SIMILAR OPTION WILL BE TAKEN without prior notes.

* This itinerary depends on weather and other factors beyond our control that may affect on the arrangements of the daily trips accordingly, but definitely we will try to do them all.

* Check the weather in the the trip you are going to, before travelling and dress appropriately depends on your itinerary and activities in your trip.

* The task of the guide with you on this trip is only to implement the itinerary, transportation and activities, nothing else.
